There are just a few days left to get your holiday shopping finished.  To help you get your green gift buying complete here are a some last minute Ahh-mazing gift ideas that are certain to be a hit when opened.

I recently found Prancing Leopard Organics and I am in luv!  Check out the artisan hand made beanies, the red is fabulous, super cute on and made from organic, long strand cotton. The hand-knit organic cotton arm warmers are another personal favorite and take a look at Prancing Leopard’s newest item – 100% organic Zeugma high-performance cotton scarf, generously sized at 17 inches x 73 inches for a wonderful wrap around, super soft and gorgeous colors with the playful Prancing Leopard logo – the perfect last minute gift for men or women. You can see the full line at www.prancingleopard.com.  (Coming in January a spotlight on Prancing Leopard Organics line and  their Women Artisan Project.)

Lilly Marthe Ebener Collection – Getting one of these beautiful hand-knit from 100% natural fiber sweaters and scarves before the holidays maybe a feat it in itself but definitely worth the effort.  These are some of the most stunning sweaters I have seen in – forever.  View the full collection at www.lillymarthe-ebener.com.  The website is a must see, the photography is incredible (by the talented Pierre Even) the mix of wildlife and gorgeous sweaters is poetry. I was left awestruck.  You can order online from www.colette.fr.  p.s. they have an adorable line of baby things.

Tina Dean Designs -  This eco-conscious designer has found a way to upcycle all those plastic bags that people can’t seem to stop using.

Check out the hand crocheted bowls the ideal hold all or the darling evening clutch, perfect for parties.  And don’t miss the Peppermint Mocha Eco Tote Bag, hand crocheted from upcycled, non-biodegradeable plastic bags (or plarn), this tote has two shoulder straps and plenty of room.  It is constructed with no seams and double strand plarn for strength.  It’s built to last and washable.  You can see all of Tina’s eco-friendly line here.

Long Winter Farm in Farmington, Maine makes the most delightful soap, lip balm and perfume oils.  They have a fabulous honey lip balm – a perfect stocking stuffer and the good news is it is all organic – think goats milk, olive oil, shea butter.  Rumor has it they have a Mojito lip balm that is a perfect mix of lime and coconut, you’ll have to bring your own rum.    I personally have purchased the roll on cologne in Beach, it smells wonderful and a nice little addition for your handbag. Alcohol free it is a wonderful mix of vitamen E, coconut oil, fragrance oil and hemp seed oil.  You can see all their lovely handmade, organic products on their charming website,  shop.longwinterfarm.com.  HintYou may want to order a few extra soaps and lip balms for yourself.

Toms Shoes – So I received my first pair of Toms shoes for my birthday and I can’t imagine why I didn’t go out and buy them before.  They are comfortable, cute and for every pair sold they give a pair to a child in need, it is called their One for One program-very eco-friendly.  Toms has a vegan line, mens, womans and childrens styles.  I love the buffalo plaid for the guys, and they have sparkly pairs that would be perfect for a fun New Years Eve party. You can see the full collection of shoes at www.toms.com.

Think a little greener and give a little greener this year – Happy Holidays!

Be eco-beautiful.
