At OBU we are super excited to be a part of this great website and to be able to reach more moms and mom-to-be! The importance of going green and helping protect our bodies and our environment is becoming more and more apparent as we learn how our choices are affecting our health and earth. We are a site dedicated to teaching women trying to get pregnant, currently pregnant and new moms how and why to avoid toxic chemicals in everyday products with fun, cartoon style videos. We have done hundreds of hours of research on these chemicals and safe products to save you time and make a one-stop-spot for this information. We are now partnering with Go Green America TV to bring this information directly to you!
Go Green Pregnancy will be focused on how and why going green is so important during pregnancy…and even before you ever get pregnant! While Organic Baby University focuses specifically on the chemicals in our everyday products and how those toxins affect the health of your growing baby, Go Green Pregnancy will also talk about a variety of subjects such as the choices during pregnancy that can help protect the environment, breastfeeding, and more!Go Green Pregnancy will consist of educational videos that will help you learn how and why to avoid these chemicals during pregnancy, links to guides and checklists that will help you make safer choices, as well as blogs from a variety of professionals such as Organic Baby University, doulas, lactation consultants, nutritionists and more!
Go Green Baby will be focused on everything baby-we will discuss what chemicals are found in children’s products and how to avoid them-from formula to car seats to toys! This section will include animated videos powered by Organic Baby University to teach moms what these chemicals are, where they are found and how to avoid them! There will be links to checklists and guides that will include safe product choices to make safer choices easier to make! Busy moms don’t have time to spend hours contacting companies to find out what is in their products…if they will even tell you! We will also have blogs contributions from nutritionists, natural parenting experts, and more!
