You’re a Natural

Being adamantly opposed to putting any unnecessary chemicals on my skin makes finding really great makeup a little more than difficult.  But is looking lovely worth the risk of putting potentially hazardous products on our eyes, cheeks and lips?  (I just know when I die they’ll look in my stomach and find a big, rosey pink ball in there from all the lipstick I’ve consumed over the years.  It will be perfectly preserved by the parabens.)  Barring going sans makeup and scaring everyone away, what is a green girl to do?

Get on the Cargo PlantLove train.   Cargo has a complete line of 100% natural, eco-wonderful makeup that is filled with organic ingredients.  All the PlantLove products are free of petrochemicals, parabens, synthetic fragrance, synthetic dyes and phthalates.  And the packages are eco-friendly, quite pretty and made entirely out of corn!  The PlantLove line carries the Ecocert endorsement ensuring the products are adhering to the strictest of standards for being environmentally conscious, organic and natural.

The PlantLove lipstick has achieved eco-greatness in the beauty industry receiving accolades from InStyle and Redbook magazines.  I think  sheer Rosewood might be a great choice for fall and then the Gamba for winter with a nice cranberry color.  And just reading the list of ingredients makes my lips feel smooth and moisturized.

PlantLove has a full line of gorgeous eyeshadows, loose powder, pressed powder, lip liners and gloss and the price point for all this eco-loveliness is not going to break the bank.

Here’s to being a little more natural and having less chemicals on our face.  Visit Cargo PlantLove’s website.

Be eco-beautiful.
